We are looking for a Junior Atlassian Consultant to join our Bogotá team and grow into a full Consultant within our practice.
You will work alongside experienced consultants on client engagements while building deeper expertise across the Atlassian platform.
Products you will work with:
Jira (project and work management)
Jira Service Management (Assets and Operations for ITSM)
Confluence (documentation and knowledge management)
Jira Product Discovery (product roadmapping and prioritization)
Broader ecosystem exposure:
Rovo AI (AI search chat and agents across the platform)
Rovo Dev (AI coding assistant ranked #1 on SWE-bench)
Bitbucket (source code management and CI/CD pipelines)
Compass (developer experience and service catalog)
DX (developer experience metrics and insights)
Atlassian Analytics (cross-product reporting and dashboards)
Goals (OKR tracking and strategic alignment)
Guard (SSO SCIM data classification and security policies)
Strategy Collection (Focus Talent and Jira Align for portfolio management)
Loom (async video communication)
Statuspage (incident communication and uptime reporting)
You will work across Atlassians four Collections: Teamwork Software Service and Strategy. You will also apply agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and complete Partner accreditations.
Based in Bogotá Colombia able to work on-site in Chico Norte
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required
1-2 years of experience with Atlassian products or completion of an Atlassian trainee/internship program
Engineering IT computer science or technical background preferred
Comfortable with software tools and quick to learn new technology
Atlassian certification(s) preferred but not required
International exposure support a team operating across 40 countries and 10 industries
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level tools and infrastructure from day one
Direct mentorship and structured feedback from senior IT and operations staff

Required Skills:
Qualifications Strong English communication skills both written and verbal required Based in Bogotá Colombia and able to work on-site in Chico Norte Recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong desire to learn and grow within web development Basic understanding of React TypeScript HTML CSS and JavaScript Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in teams Comfortable with software tools and quick to learn new technology Looking for a long-term career opportunity not a short-term position
