Job Summary

Reporting to: Director of Marketing and Communication

Department: Marketing & Communication

What Youll Do:

Drive retail sales and client engagement by leading commercial marketing initiatives including sales promotion client events and localized campaigns. Act as a key bridge between Retail Marketing and EC to maximize business performance and customer experience.

1. Sales Promotion Strategy & Execution

  • 商品シーズン別の販促戦略立案実行例PUMPSLLGなど
  • 店舗売上を最大化するプロモーション設計
  • KPI管理Sales / UPT / Conversion

2. Client Events & Department Store Partnerships

  • 外商イベント百貨店との共同施策の企画実行
  • VIPイベントトランクショー等の企画リード実行
  • 高付加価値顧客の売上最大化

3. Marketing Planning & Campaign Integration

  • グローバルキャンペーンのローカライズ展開
  • PR / Digital / ECとの統合マーケティング推進
  • CRMClienteling施策との連携

4. Hands-on Marketing & Event Execution

  • 百貨店媒体カタログDM等の掲載ディレクション及び制作手配
  • 店舗イベントにおける販促物サイネージPOP等の企画制作ディレクション手配
  • イベント当日の現場運営サポート
  • HQガイドラインに基づくクリエイティブ調整およびローカライズ化

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Retail / PR / EC / HQ等他ファンクションとの連携
  • 店舗への施策落とし込み実行管理
