Position: Paid Market Research: Genesys Former Employee
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Participate in a 60-minute market research interview about your time at Genesys.
- Share insights on Genesys Cloud AI products capabilities and limitations.
- Discuss early adopter programs typical buyers and competitive positioning.
- Provide feedback on product suite customer perspectives and deal dynamics.
- Respect NDAs non-disparagement clauses or non-competes; flag any concerns upfront.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Departed Genesys within the last 1218 months.
- At least 12 months of tenure at Genesys.
- Experience in roles such as Product Engineering Solutions Architecture Sales Engineering Customer Success Professional Services or Competitive Intelligence.
Compensation & Legal
- $100/hour paid for all time spent on the interview.
- Payment processed through Mercor upon completion.
