Job Summary

This is new position for Navi Mumbai Showroom
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify develop and close new B2B business opportunities across corporate commercial and institutional segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects interior designers project management consultants and key decision-makers
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation prospecting presentations negotiations and closures
  • Develop strategic account plans and ensure long-term client engagement Collaborate with internal teams (design operations and marketing) to deliver
  • customized workplace solutions Track market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth
  • opportunities Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat
  • business Prepare sales forecasts reports and pipeline updates for leadership
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred) 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (experience in
  • furniture interiors real estate or workplace solutions is a strong advantage) Strong network within corporate clients architects and project stakeholders
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage large deals and complex sales cycles Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in solution selling / consultative sales approach
  • Understanding of workspace design trends and corporate infrastructure needs
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
