Job Summary

Senior Helpers Lafayette is seeking a driven results-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing hiring and onboarding caregivers who are reliable consistent and committed to delivering quality care.

We are looking for someone who understands that success in recruiting is not just about hiring its about hiring people who stay perform and contribute to long-term client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing screening interviewing onboarding)
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using ATS systems
  • Attend job fairs hiring events and community outreach initiatives
  • Travel throughout service areas for recruiting efforts
  • Post jobs and engage candidates across social media platforms
  • Partner with leadership to meet hiring and retention goals
  • Focus on recruiting caregivers who are reliable consistent and able to maintain active schedules

Schedule & Work Expectations

  • Full-time 40-hour work week
  • Every other Saturday (4 hours) with adjusted time within the same work week
  • Flexibility for after-hours recruiting events as needed
  • Participation in on-call rotation (currently holiday-based; may expand)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (home care preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity withHireology is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with WellSky or similar home care/healthcare systems preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Professional goal-oriented and growth-minded

Compensation

  • $20$23/hour based on experience
  • Performance-based incentives tied to caregiver retention (90 days) hiring volume and workforce stability. Incentive structure and eligibility details will be reviewed during the offer process.
  • This role includes a structured ramp period with incentive eligibility aligned to performance and retention milestones
