Recruiter

What Youll Do

• Source and qualify applicants to maintain staffing levels for assigned programs.
• Develop and sustain relationships with colleges community groups and other talent pipelines.
• Write compelling job ads and implement targeted recruiting campaigns.
• Utilize social media job boards and data mining tools to uncover top talent.
• Schedule interviews conduct initial screenings and assist with pre-employment paperwork.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and extend offers.
• Support onboarding and follow up with new hires to promote retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain accurate candidate records.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Bachelors degree in a field related to human resources or talent acquisition or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience: 12 years of work experience; entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills encouraged to apply. Experience with ADP Workforce is a plus.
• Strong communication relationship-building time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally to colleges universities and community sites. - mileage reimbursement offered for event travel
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Pennsylvania drivers license.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Latrobe.
• Act 33/34 and FBI clearances proof of auto insurance and physical exam required upon job offer.
