Bilingual Onsite Recruiter

Partners In Staffing is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to support one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people building strong relationships and creating a positive work environment.

As the Onsite Recruiter youll serve as the main point of contact for both employees and the client ensuring exceptional service employee engagement and successful staffing operations.

• Recruit interview and onboard new employees
• Conduct new hire orientations
• Coach and support employees throughout their assignments
• Monitor attendance and address attendance concerns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and the client
• Resolve employee issues professionally and in a timely manner
• Communicate daily with client leadership regarding staffing needs
• Perform regular floor walks and employee check-ins
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Professional and dependable
• Recruiting staffing HR or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
