About the Opportunity

As our Operations Coordinator you will facilitate the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of a community broadcasting service ensuring the delivery of agreed programming and content formats in line with organisational objectives community broadcasting standards and licence requirements. . In this role you will also:

  • Coordinate volunteers in the ongoing delivery of effective relevant and timely broadcast content.
  • Coordinate recording scheduling and updating of on-air announcements promotional material and community service announcements.
  • Maintain and enhance systems and procedures for program preparation and presentation.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years experience in broadcasting media operations and volunteer coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience in programming audio production or broadcast operations.
  • Strong understanding of audio recording and editing software and office productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance and administration related to volunteers and community broadcasting
