Head of Relaunch Operations Refurbishments & Relaunch

• Lead the operational execution of pub refurbishment and relaunches nationally
• Based in Brisbane or Melbourne

As the Head of Refurbishment & Relaunch Operations you will be the strategic operational leader driving the successful execution and commercial realisation of our national refurbishment and relaunch pipeline. 

Holding overall accountability for the Project Lift Off program you will ensure venue teams are fully optimised pre- and post-launch while leading a high-performing team to support the accelerated scale-up of our refurbishment and relaunch program.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Team Leadership & Development: Build lead and mentor a newly formed team of direct reports to successfully execute the high-volume Refurbishment & Relaunch  pipeline.
• Project Lift Off Ownership: Hold overall responsibility for the design refinement and execution of the Project Lift Off program ensuring all venues are fully prepared pre-launch and sustained operationally post-launch.
• Design & Concept: Act as the primary operational voice throughout the concept and design development phases providing critical input on venue ergonomics to maximise staff efficiency and customer experience.
• Strategic Project Scoping: Lead the operational scoping and commercial validation for a targeted subset of refurbishment project types ensuring capital allocation directly supports operational needs.
• Program Delivery & Alignment: Partner closely with State Operations Teams and corporate support functions to align project delivery with existing venue operational rhythms minimising disruption.

Qualifications :

Now lets talk about you: 

• Extensive hospitality experience with significant exposure to venue transitions and refurbishment launches.
• Senior multi-site operations leadership experience in hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated experience in hospitality project launches and process based frameworks.
• Strong ability to influence at senior levels of the organisation and highly developed stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in strategy execution and large-scale Program Management.
• Experience in driving performance and commercial outcomes.
