Job Description:

Manage governance processes stage gates and compliance tracking
Coordinate with stakeholders across APAC and North America regions
Facilitate meetings prepare MoMs and track action item closures
Monitor project risks blockers and escalations with appropriate judgement
Maintain operational trackers due dates and aging reports
Support portfolio coordination and prioritization activities
Prepare executive-level weekly status reports and concise highlights
Perform intake triage requirement understanding and readiness checks
Coordinate with requester teams application teams and platform teams
Ensure process adherence quality control and documentation standards
Support Scrum ceremonies and Agile coordination activities
Drive ownership operational discipline and standardization across processes
