Job Description:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
Drive requirements workshops and translate business needs into BRDs User Stories Process Flows and Functional Specifications.
Support digital transformation initiatives across Wealth and Private Banking platforms.
Analyze and enhance customer journeys across Mobile Banking and Digital Wealth channels.
Work closely with Product Owners Operations Technology and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Support UAT planning execution defect management and business sign-off activities.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions manage dependencies risks and change requests
