About the Role

We are looking for a PMO Lead with experience in Technical Program Management and Delivery Governance to manage project planning cross-functional coordination stakeholder communication risk management and delivery tracking across technology teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile environments and managing software delivery programs involving Engineering QA DevOps Product and Business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project execution against milestones deliverables and release schedules.
• Maintain project plans timelines and delivery roadmaps.
• Track project progress risks issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate across Engineering QA Product DevOps and Business teams.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies).
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and project blockers.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Prepare project status reports and executive dashboards.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint progress release readiness and delivery health.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
• PMP PMI-ACP CSM SAFe or equivalent certification is a plus.
