Key Requirements / Responsibilities
- 7 8 years of experience in PMO / Program Management with ownership of end-to-end product implementation programs.
- Mandatory experience / exposure on InsureMO platform preferably for General Insurance implementations
- InsureMO implementation including Product Setup product configuration workflow setup and execution is a must.
- Strong expertise in PMO governance including project planning execution tracking RAID management reporting and stakeholder governance.
- Manage complete implementation lifecycle - requirements solutioning configuration testing UAT deployment and go-live.
- Good understanding of General Insurance domain (India) covering Policy Administration Underwriting Claims Renewals and Distribution processes.
- Coordinate across Business Product Engineering QA Vendors and Implementation partners to drive seamless execution.
- Experience managing large-scale insurance/BFSI transformation or product implementation programs with multiple workstreams.
- Strong focus on program governance including milestone tracking dependency management risk mitigation budget monitoring and escalation management.
- Hands-on experience in Hybrid delivery JIRA dashboards status reporting and leadership communication.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and execution leadership skills in fast-paced delivery environments
