Job Description:

Manage the end to end customer lifecycle from post sales to handover including documentation collections and customer communication.

Handle customer interactions across channels and ensure enhanced customer experience and retention.

Manage escalations customer queries and follow ups on submittals and payments.

Maintain accurate customer data MIS bookings cancellations and reports using CRM / ERP / SAP (Sales Module).

Coordinate with cross functional teams (Sales Legal Finance Engineering Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
