Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive sales performance across assigned states
  • Lead and supervise Area Sales Managers / Territory teams
  • Ensure achievement of primary & secondary sales targets
  • Develop and expand distribution network & market reach
  • Execute sales strategies promotional activities & market activations
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Ensure timely reporting forecasting and planning
  • Drive team productivity training and performance management

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 10–15 years in FMCG / OTC / Pharma Sales
  • Team Handling: Strong experience in managing large field teams (Second Line Manager role)
  • Proven track record in target achievement & business growth
  • Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of GT / OTC market dynamics

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduation Mandatory
  • Notice Period: 15–20 Days preferred
  • Experience in handling multi-state operations will be an added advantage
  • Age - 40-44

Preferred Background:

  • Candidates from OTC / Pharma / FMCG industry
  • Experience in handling South India market (Karnataka & Kerala preferred)
