Job Description:

Inviting RFPs for commercial contracts from contractors / service providers for construction packages.
Working on the contracting process from contract drafting to execution and post execution per projects requirements.
Understanding the commercial & legal implication of contract clauses redline changes etc.
Comparison of quotes wrt Rate analysis of construction activities.
Pre- Negotiation with contractors / vendors.
Finalization of contracts by discussions with internal & external stakeholders.
Ensuring accurate & timely delivery of project deliverable.
Preparation of Approval notes & Management approval
Creating and keeping up-to-date project documentation and coordination with project head daily operation an reporting.
