• Schedule and dispatch HVAC installation jobs efficiently
• Coordinate daily with technicians sales team and customers
• Communicate job status updates and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Track installation progress timelines and job completion
• Prepare job documentation and maintain accurate records
• Manage installation inventory and material availability
• Troubleshoot scheduling or job-related issues quickly
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Assist with Quality Control

• Experience in dispatching scheduling project coordination or construction/HVAC office roles preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling/project software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• $42000 $75000 per year (depending on experience)
