Your Day on A PageWe have an exciting opportunity for a Village Administrator to join our team at Glenaeon Village on a Full-time in the elevated locale of Belrose Glenaeon Village offers a dynamic retirement community where sweeping ocean vistas enhance your overall sense of by vast stretches of native woodlands and commanding views of the canopy of trees and ocean Glenaeon Village imparts a sense of spaciousness serenity and this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents visitors and contractors. You will deliver exceptional customer service support the Village Manager across administrative and operational functions and help maintain a safe organised and engaging community responsibilities include:Providing professional courteous customer service to residents visitors and contractorsManaging reception duties and responding to incoming enquiriesSupporting the Village Manager with administrative tasks and daytoday operationsMaintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicingCoordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS compliancePreparing newsletters and community communicationsAssisting with the planning and coordination of community events and activitiesCarrying out adhoc operational or residentsupport duties as directed by the Village ManagerAbout YouFor this role you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks.
