Experience:Minimum 2 years in HR operations (Payroll & Performance Management)
Salary Range: 30k to 35k
Roles:
- Process and manage monthly payroll with accuracy and timelines
- Handle salary structuring deductions reimbursements and compliance (PF ESIC)
- Maintain employee records documentation and HR databases
- Manage onboarding induction and exit formalities
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and payroll
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and evaluation processes
- Track employee performance metrics and maintain reports
- Support implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate data records
Qualification:Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
