Job Summary
Human Resources Job Description
Develop and maintain harmonious relationships with labor unions worker representatives and
employee groups.
Handle wage negotiations settlements collective bargaining agreements and labor disputes.
Manage union interactions grievances disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
Ensure industrial harmony and minimize operational disruptions arising from labor-related issues.
Represent the organization in labor-related discussions with government authorities and external
stakeholders.
Employee Relations (ER)
Drive employee engagement and employee welfare initiatives across all project locations.
Handle grievance management disciplinary actions investigations and employee counseling.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Support employee communication and change management initiatives.
Government Relations & Liaison
Liaise with Labor Departments Factory Inspectorates PF Authorities ESIC Authorities District
Administration Police and Government Bodies.
Manage relationships with local authorities labor commissioners and regulatory agencies.
Represent the organization in labor and employment-related matters before government authorities.
Ensure smooth coordination during inspections audits and compliance reviews.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws industrial relations regulations and statutory
requirements.
Oversee compliance related to:
o Labor Codes
o Factories Act
o Contract Labour Act
o Minimum Wages Act
o Shops & Establishment Act
o EPF
o ESIC
o Bonus Act
o Gratuity Act
o Industrial Disputes Act
o Occupational Safety Regulations
Conduct periodic compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance across multiple project locations and contractor workforce.
Contractor Workforce Management
Monitor compliance and performance of contractor manpower agencies.
Ensure statutory compliance of outsourced workforce.
Review contractor agreements and workforce deployment practices.
Drive standardization of workforce management practices across locations.
Talent & Performance Management
Lead performance management systems talent reviews succession planning and leadership
development initiatives.
Support learning and development programs for employees and frontline supervisors.
Drive employee retention and career development initiatives.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
BA / PGDM in Human Resources Personnel Management Industrial Relations or Labor Welfare.
Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in HR/IR preferred.
17 25 years of HR experience with at least 8 years in Industrial Relations and large workforce
management.
Proven experience managing 5000 employees primarily blue-collar workforce.
Strong experience in Industrial Relations Union Handling Labor Compliance and Government
Liaison.
Experience managing workforce-intensive operations across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of labor laws labor codes and industrial relations practices.
Experience handling labor disputes wage negotiations settlements and union interactions.

Willingness to travel extensively across operational locations.
