About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach Executive who has recently graduated and is eager to start their career in digital communication and lead generation. If you understand how LinkedIn works and enjoy connecting with people professionally this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach activities on LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and candidates
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
- Maintain and update outreach data and responses in tracking sheets/CRM
- Research target audiences industries and companies on LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a strong professional network
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR/Marketing/Sales) to align outreach strategies
- Monitor response rates and suggest improvements for better engagement
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduate (any stream)
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and its features
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in networking communication and digital platforms
- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Completed a Digital Marketing course from a recognized/affiliated institute
- Knowledge of LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator (basic understanding is enough)
- Any internship/project related to social media or outreach
