Position: Production Executive

Location: Unjah Gujarat

Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Production Operations or related field.

Experience:
5–8 years of experience in production manufacturing or shift supervision.

Salary: 5 - 7 LPA

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Shift In Charge to manage production activities during assigned shifts. The role involves supervising workers ensuring production targets are met coordinating manpower and materials and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise shop floor operations during the shift.
* Ensure production targets are achieved.
* Monitor product quality and production yield.
* Coordinate manpower allocation and shift planning.
* Manage worker attendance and leave planning.
* Coordinate with Inventory and Quality teams for material availability.
* Prioritize production activities and material unloading.
* Identify and report production issues.
* Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed.

Requirements:
* Experience in manpower management and production monitoring.
* FMCG Food Processing or Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
* Basic ERP knowledge is an advantage.
