Location: This is a 100% remote role with no geographic restrictions. Texas property tax knowledge is helpful but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Description
- Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities with companies that own or manage significant commercial industrial manufacturing or real estate assets
- Sell directly to CFOs tax directors finance leaders and other senior decision-makers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through targeted outreach market research referrals and relationship development
- Develop sales strategies to expand the firms reach with regional and national property owners
- Lead discovery conversations present the firms value proposition and guide prospects through the sales process
- Negotiate and close new client engagements
- Collaborate with internal leadership to tailor solutions based on client needs portfolio complexity and business goals
- Help oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives including digital outreach print materials and client-facing campaigns
- Track business development activity prospect conversations and pipeline progress using CRM tools
- Represent the firm professionally with sophisticated corporate clients and referral partners
Qualifications
- 5 years of business development sales or client acquisition experience
- Proven ability to sell to C-suite decision-makers especially CFOs tax directors finance executives or senior corporate leaders
- Experience selling complex professional services consulting services legal services tax services financial services or similar B2B solutions
- Strong ability to prospect pitch negotiate and close new business
- Comfortable selling to industrial manufacturing commercial real estate or multi-location corporate clients
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
- Texas property tax knowledge is a plus but not required
