Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and grow relationships with commercial and fleet customers
- Manage follow-up and ongoing communication with assigned commercial accounts
- Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities to drive business growth
- Lead customers through the full fleet sales process ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Ensure all vehicle deliveries meet Fords commercial standards for quality accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Promote a strong commitment to customer service and long-term client retention
- Spend quality time building trust-based relationships with business and fleet clients
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently answer vehicle feature capability and operational questions
- Collaborate regularly with the management team to review performance set goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve projected sales objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to drive results
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in commercial fleet or automotive sales preferred
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication follow-up and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to professionalism and integrity
- Ability to understand client business needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions

Requirements
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Proven fleet experience at the dealership level with a trackrecord of successful selling
- Strong record of positive CSI results
- Authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background screening Motor Vehicle Record check and drug testing.
- Must have a valid drivers license
