Weinstein Radcliff Pipkin LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 2 5 years of litigation experience to join our Dallas office. Our firm represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters with a particular focus on construction law surety commercial litigation contracts insurance-related disputes bankruptcy-related matters and labor and employment issues. We serve clients throughout Texas Oklahoma Arkansas and Louisiana and we are committed to providing practical trusted and effective legal solutions.

Responsibilities
The associate attorney will assist with all phases of litigation including:
Drafting pleadings motions briefs discovery correspondence and legal memoranda;
Conducting legal research and developing case strategy;
Managing written discovery and document production;
Preparing for and participating in depositions hearings mediations arbitrations and trials;
Communicating with clients opposing counsel experts witnesses and court personnel;
Handling matters with increasing independence as experience and judgment develop; and
Supporting the firms work in construction surety commercial contract and related litigation matters.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have:
2 5 years of litigation experience;
Admission to the State Bar of Texas (mandatory requirement);
Strong research writing and analytical skills;
Excellent attention to detail and professional judgment;
Experience drafting pleadings motions discovery and client correspondence;
The ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments efficiently;
A strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of assignments;
Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset.
Experience in construction litigation surety law commercial litigation insurance defense employment litigation or bankruptcy-related litigation is preferred but not required.
