Job Summary
Job Purpose:
The CCAEST Administration Team Manager (ATM) will be responsible for the day to day management coordination
of administrative services and functions within the CCAEST Directorate ensuring compliance with MMUH policies and
national healthcare standards. This includes: Theatre/ Theatre Scheduling; Pain Medicine Clinic; Pre-Operative
Assessment Clinic; ICU; HDU; Scheduled Care Ward; CSSD and CPR.
He /she will support service planning performance monitoring and service improvement initiatives for all
departments. The post holder will also work closely with the Directorate Operations Manager and CCAEST Clinical
Director to ensure balanced support across the department inclusive of theatre planning and scheduling.
The role requires a manager with significant experience in operating theatre and outpatient environments including
waitlist management and data management.
