About The Role
The Manager of Pyramid Coaching provides strategic leadership supervision and oversight of Pyramid Model implementation acrossthe organization. This role ensures high-quality coaching fidelity to the Pyramid Model framework and alignment with organizationalgoals related to social-emotional development inclusion equitable practices and school Manager supervises Pyramid Model Coaches and is responsible for building their capacity through reflective supervisionprofessional development and ongoing support. This role also strengthens program-wide systems and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to ensure consistent sustainable implementation of evidence-based practices that promote childrens social-emotional competence and support positive outcomes for children families and staff.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead supervise and develop Pyramid Model Coaches using reflective supervision strengths-based leadership andaccountability systems.
- Set expectations goals and individualized professional growth plans aligned to program priorities and outcomes.
- Facilitate meetings communities of practice and professional learning for consistency and shared understanding.
- Promote staff wellness and a positive inclusive team culture grounded in trust collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high-quality consistent implementation of Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) across all sites.
- Design systems that monitor coaching effectiveness fidelity and impact on classroom practice and child outcomes.
- Conduct field-based observations calibration and feedback cycles to build coach capacity and ensure consistency across
regions. - Maintain alignment with Pyramid Model fidelity tools including the Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool (TPOT) and the
TPITOS Benchmarks of Quality ensuring data is used meaningfully to drive improvement. - Lead the development implementation and sustainability of a program-wide Pyramid Model implementation plan.
- Partner with leadership to align Pyramid Model practices with curriculum DRDP assessment practices inclusion supports and
compliance frameworks (Title 22 Title 5 as applicable). - Integrate Pyramid Model strategies with frameworks such as mental health supports UDL SEEDS and family engagement
systems. - Guide Center Directors and Regional Directors in building strong program climates that prioritize equity inclusion culturally
and linguistically responsive practices and relationship-based care. - Oversee systems for collecting analyzing and using coaching fidelity and child outcome data to inform decisions at the site
regional and agency levels. - Develop clear actionable reports and dashboards for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Identify trends gaps and areas of risk and lead targeted improvement strategies tied to program goals (e.g. social-emotional
outcomes reduction in behavior incidents). - Ensure accountability for documentation timelines data integrity and reporting requirements.
- Design and oversee professional development systems aligned to the Pyramid Model including coaching supports staff
training and leadership development. - Ensure coaches are equipped to deliver high-quality training modeling and workshops for staff and families.
- Establish and scale family engagement strategies including workshops and resources that help families apply Pyramid Model practices at home and strengthen schoolhome alignment.
- Build internal capacity by developing leadership pathways for coaches teachers and site leaders to sustain implementation over time.
- Partner with directors leadership and teams and collaborate across departments to integrate Pyramid Model practices into
- program operations compliance and quality improvement systems.
- Serve as a key liaison between coaching program leadership and external partners/funders ensuring clear communication alignment and accountability.
- Support a cohesive system of practice where coaching training family engagement and data all work together to improve outcomes for children and families.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred qualifications
- Masters degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development Psychology Social Work or related field.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in early childhood settings including leadership or supervisory experience
- Deep knowledge of the Pyramid Model social-emotional development and evidence-based behavior support.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching adult learning and reflective supervision.
- Strong leadership facilitation and team development skills.
- Experience with data systems program evaluation and continuous quality improvement.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation
$126977.76 - $126977.76 USD
