The opportunity

Were looking for our first dedicated Head of Marketing a creative curious and hands-on builder ready to shape how Stellar Capacity shows up in the world.
This is a rare chance to take ownership of a marketing function from the ground up. Youll craft the words the visuals and the campaigns that introduce Swedens most forward-thinking leaders to our programs. As we grow youll grow with us and eventually help build the team around you.

What youll do

• Write sharp warm impactful copy in both Swedish and English for landing pages brochures newsletters social posts and program descriptions
• Design beautiful marketing materials in Canva brochures one-pagers social graphics presentations
• Use Claude and other AI tools as part of your everyday workflow to move faster and think bigger
• Run our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram including planning posting and engaging with our community
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads Meta and Google from setup to optimization
• Track analyze and report on campaign performance turning data into smarter decisions and clearer ROI
• Support SEO and content discoverability across our website
• Help build smarter ways of working including automations in Notion and across our marketing stack
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to bring our programs faculty and stories to life

Your profile

• A degree in marketing communications business or a related field
• Ideally has worked abroad or has had a lot of international exposure
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing communications or content
• Fast and entrepreneurial you move quickly take ownership get things done and thrive in environments where things are still being built. Just like us.
• Excellent writer in Swedish and English you can shift effortlessly between formal program copy and a punchy LinkedIn post
• Strong visual eye and confident in Canva
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing youve run paid campaigns you understand funnels and youre comfortable looking at numbers
• Comfortable with AI tools like Claude and curious to push them further
• Familiar with LinkedIn and Instagram as marketing channels not just personal ones
• Some exposure to SEO/AIO principles or eager to deepen them
• Curious about AI leadership and people these themes should genuinely interest you because youll be writing about them every day
• Generalist mindset: this isnt my job isnt part of your vocabulary we all help out with everything that comes with a scaling small company.
• Flexible with working hours we run evening programs now and then and the team shows up for them together. For example taking photos in the events would be important in your role. We also run programs on Mondays which require occasional check-ins on Sundays and occasional travel might also occur in the role. The team has delivered programs in the UK Marrakesh Ireland and Denmark just to mention a few of the sites where weve had an impact!
• Bonus points for: experience with marketing automations or workflow tools (Notion HubSpot Mailchimp etc.)
• Love dogs - we have three in the office and are open to more!
