AI Content & Enablement Strategist

Location: Waukegan IL (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an AI Content & Enablement Strategist on behalf of our client in Waukegan IL. This role is instrumental in driving enterprise AI adoption by empowering employees to effectively integrate AI into their daily workflows. The position blends AI fluency enablement strategy change management and visual storytelling to translate complex AI concepts into clear practical and engaging learning experiences.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable enablement programs that enhance understanding adoption and long-term behavioral change.

• Design and deliver impactful AI learning programs that drive awareness adoption and measurable behavior change
• Facilitate engaging training sessions across virtual hybrid and in-person environments
• Translate complex AI tools concepts and workflows into clear actionable guidance for diverse audiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and develop targeted enablement strategies
• Create executive-level presentations and training materials with strong visual storytelling and design principles
• Support AI enablement initiatives such as training programs workshops and communities of practice
• Track engagement metrics gather feedback and continuously enhance learning experiences
• Manage multiple training schedules priorities and ad hoc requests effectively

• Bachelors degree in Communications Design Marketing UX Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4 years of experience in learning design training communications or enablement focused on behavior change
• Experience supporting AI adoption or enterprise technology enablement initiatives
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong eye for visual storytelling and presentation design
• Proven ability to create polished engaging and executive-ready materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to quickly learn complex topics and simplify them for broad audiences
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint Teams SharePoint)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation or enablement
• Familiarity with AP Style is a plus
