Job Summary Technical Business Analyst
- Serve as a Business Analyst within an Agile fast-paced environment focused on Retirements Fleet.
- Interact with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document detailed requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate regularly with internal IT QA BA and offshore development teams across Wealth Management.
- Apply functional expertise to help Agile squads achieve customer outcomes and deliver business value.
- Prioritize and clarify business goals expectations and deliverables for the squad.
- Facilitate understanding of domain knowledge ( What ) and technical solutions ( How ) within the squad.
- Remove obstacles by engaging stakeholders and creating shared understanding of processes and interfaces.
- Work closely with upstream and downstream technology teams (e.g. Data Warehouse LoanIQ General Ledger).
- Write detailed user stories in JIRA and create artifacts (workflow charts diagrams solution specifications).
- Support QA by reviewing test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Utilize strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills to interpret and translate business needs.
- Multitask across multiple projects and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel Project Visio Word PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate willingness to learn grow and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Preferred: Experience with financial markets lending products wealth management financial accounting and treasury.
- Minimum education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
