What Youll Own
- Support budgeting forecasting and long-range financial planning
- Analyze revenue costs and margins delivering clear variance analysis and insights to leadership
- Partner with program and operations teams to track financial performance and cost drivers
- Build and maintain financial models that support key business decisions
- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs flagging risks and opportunities early
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- About 3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience manufacturing background preferred
- Strong budgeting forecasting and financial modeling skills
- Comfort translating financial insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills ERP experience a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Background in cost tracking and profitability analysis in a program-driven environment
