What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- About 3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience manufacturing background preferred
- Strong budgeting forecasting and financial modeling skills
- Comfort translating financial insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills ERP experience a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Background in cost tracking and profitability analysis in a program-driven environment
