Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Business Partnering

  • Act as the HR partner for Store Teams (Cluster Managers Store Managers Store Associates).

  • Understand business goals and translate them into people priorities.

  • Support store leaders with org structure workforce planning and capability building.

  • Hiring & Onboarding

  • Own end-to-end hiring for store teams and retail corporate roles.

  • Ensure strong onboarding and induction experience for new store hires. Performance & Capability

  • Drive performance cycles for retail teams (goal setting reviews feedback).

  • Coach Store Managers on performance conversations and team development.

  • Identify capability gaps and work with L&D to drive targeted interventions.

  • Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Be the first point of contact for people matters across stores.

  • Drive engagement initiatives on-ground connects and employee listening forums.

  • Proactively manage attrition risks and improve retention in key roles.

  • HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies statutory compliance and people SOPs across stores.

  • Partner with the Payroll Team on payroll accuracy and documentation.

  • Handle employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.

  • Culture & Change

  • Drive culture values and leadership behaviours across the retail network.

  • Support store expansions new city launches and change management initiatives.

  • Act as a culture carrier for Blissclub on-ground.

  • People Analytics & Insights

  • Track retail HR metrics (attrition hiring TAT engagement performance trends).

  • Share insights with Retail Leadership and recommend people interventions.
