Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing content discovery and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense Homeland Security Foreign Affairs and Law Enforcement.
AT&T has an opening for a ServiceNow Administrator to support Public Sector Solutions.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Work to be performed at a government customer site in Laurel MD.

Job Responsibilities:
- Install configure troubleshoot upgrade and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
- Create custom workflows.
- Build service requests to meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop views and reports as needed.
- Implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
- Perform system integration and Section 508 compliance testing.
- Monitor application health usage and compliance.
- Assess current ServiceNow usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
- Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
- Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
- Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML XML CSS).
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications.
- Java development experience.
- Experience reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g. Administrator Developer).
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:
Ten (10) years experience as SA in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
- Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II. (CCNA SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security ; SSCP).

Our ServiceNow Administrator (SA2) (Government) earns between $98100 - $174800 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
