Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

• Process a high volume of service requests according to ASD procedures and processes (e.g. open and close accounts account maintenance issue official checks statement and lockbox research).
• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls e-mails and faxes. Assist in Switchboard as needed.
• Acquire a working knowledge of internal department applications to assist with client inquires.
• Deliver excellent client service by responding to client inquiries and service requests in a reliable responsive empathetic and competent manner.
• Professionally address client complaints escalate to supervisor when needed while adhering to the Banks complaint monitoring process.
• Enhance personal and professional growth by developing an understanding of all areas functions within Association Services. Participate in required/voluntary training education meetings and events.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information and minimize risk by following Banks authentication process Code of Ethics and other related policies while maintaining ethical behavior at all times.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of client service experience
• Ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Effective listening and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Word
• Proven interpersonal relationship characteristics
