Job Summary
Role requires the candidate to be onsite 5 days a week. Role hours: 8 am - 4pm Arizona time M-F subject time.
Can be worked out with the hiring manager. Flexibility to work varied hours including overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders track deliveries and ensure timely procurement of critical materials.
Assist with monitoring inventory of maintenance and operational supplies ensuring optimal stock levels and compliance with purchasing procedures.
Assist maintenance teams to forecast material and tool needs for preventive maintenance while maintaining regulatory and company standards.
Assist in managing contracts for facility services such as HVAC janitorial and equipment repairs ensuring all agreements align with company policies.
Prepare reports on purchasing activities costs and vendor performance for management review and audit purposes.
Assist with administrative tasks related to facility management procurement and compliance.
