Job Summary
Were looking for a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. Youll support patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist and help patients reach their functional goals in a collaborative supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to the PTs treatment plan.
- Assist with implementing therapeutic exercises and interventions.
- Document patient progress and education clearly and accurately.
- Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
- Support rehab techs and contribute to smooth clinic flow.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a CAPTEaccredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (new grads welcome).
- Current or upcoming Wisconsin PTA license and CPR certification.
- Interest in or willingness to learn outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently within a supportive team
