Food & Beverage Team Member
Job Summary
- Set up the restaurant bar breakfast area and all areas as required by the hotel and helps clean and tidy areas and equipment used during his/her work shift.
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service.
- To assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards.
- Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- Have full knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
- Friendly approachable with excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong team player and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Essential to be flexible with working hours.
- Must already have the right to work in the UK.
