Job Summary
The Team Leader will provide a positive and efficient customer experience whilst ensuring the smooth running of the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance is followed at all times.
- To organise deliveries checking delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies.
- To assist with all front of house tasks such as clearing tables working on tills and serving food and drink
- Carry out daily team briefings.
- Assist with the development of the team providing training and up-skilling where possible.
- Support management with effective cost control inclusive of labour targets.

- Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage)
