Kitchen Team Member
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to support daily kitchen operations. The role involves preparing breakfast items or dinner menu items maintaining buffet service or dinner service ensuring cleanliness and adhering to all health safety and hygiene standards both morning and late shifts
- Prepare and cook breakfast items or dinner menu items in accordance with company standards and recipes.
- Set up monitor and replenish the breakfast buffet to ensure food is fresh well-presented and adequately stocked at all times.
- Prepare & serve simple meals for restaurant.
- Clean dishes utensils kitchen equipment and work areas promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure the kitchen and food service areas are kept clean organized and hygienic throughout shifts.
- Receive check and organize deliveries ensuring correct storage of food and supplies following FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory control as required.
- Follow all food safety health & safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Report any maintenance safety or stock issues to the supervisor.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in similar role is preferable.
Friendly approachable with excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility in working hours is essential
Basic IT skills
. Reliable punctual and able to work early morning shifts & late shfits.
