Job Summary

Our client PostEx is looking for Customer Service Officer in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls emails or chats
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
  • Maintain customer records and update databases
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (KPIs)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelors degree
  • Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM systems)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
