About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations CRM Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing data and systems and is passionate about building scalable processes that drive growth.

You will be responsible for managing optimizing and scaling our CRM and marketing automation ecosystem ensuring clean data efficient workflows and actionable insights for the marketing and sales teams.


What Youll Do

  • Own and manage the CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce or similar)

  • Design build and optimize marketing automation workflows

  • Ensure data quality governance and segmentation strategies

  • Collaborate with marketing sales and RevOps teams to align processes

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance

  • Implement lead scoring models and lifecycle management processes

  • Manage integrations between CRM and other tools (email ads analytics etc.)

  • Support campaign execution through list management and automation

  • Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion and operational efficiency

  • Document processes and maintain CRM best practices


Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations CRM management or similar roles

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce or equivalents)

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead lifecycle management

  • Experience with data analysis reporting and dashboards

  • Familiarity with integrations (APIs Zapier or similar tools)

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams

  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments

  • Knowledge of SQL or data tools (e.g. BigQuery Looker Tableau)

  • Experience with attribution modeling and funnel analytics

  • Background in Revenue Operations (RevOps)
