We are looking for experienced professionals to support enhancement and optimization of an existing CRM ecosystem built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 with mobile capabilities via Mobile CRM. The role focuses on data modeling integration development and platform optimization rather than greenfield implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM & Platform Enhancement
Analyze existing CRM setup and identify gaps in workflows
Improve end-to-end business process flows
Eliminate manual workarounds through automation
Optimize system performance and usability
2. Data Modeling & Quality
Design and enhance data models in Dataverse
Implement validation rules and data governance practices
Improve data accuracy consistency and usability
3. Integration Development
Design and implement integrations with:
SAP (commercial/deal data)
Microsoft Outlook (calendar & scheduling)
Ensure reliable data synchronization and error handling
Work on APIs and integration patterns
4. Feature Development
Work on backlog items and new feature requests
Deliver enhancements in iterative cycles
5. Technical Design
Provide scalable and maintainable solution design
Collaborate on architecture and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
Hands-on experience with Resco Mobile CRM
Solid understanding of CRM data modeling
Experience in API integrations and system integration design
Good knowledge of workflow automation and business rules
Preferences (Nice-to-have)
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SAP
Familiarity with Outlook / calendar integrations
Experience working in enterprise CRM environments
