Job Title: Applications Development Analyst ServiceNow
Location: On-Site (Tallahassee FL)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison with business users and conduct requirement workshops.
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Design and validate workflows catalog items SLAs assignment logic and process flows.
- Support SDLC activities: sprint planning build reviews UAT coordination and release readiness.
- Ensure compliance with governance documentation standards and change control processes.
- Define test cases manage UAT sessions and validate functional outcomes.
- Assist in incident triage RCA integration data mapping and CMDB alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD/ITOM modules.
- Strong requirements gathering and functional design skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery and UAT management.
- Ability to work across technical and business teams.
