Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 7 years of hands-on experience in paid media to lead and scale our multi-channel acquisition this role you will be responsible for designing executing and optimizing high-impact campaigns across Meta Google Ads (Search Display PMax YouTube) LinkedIn and Bing. Your data-informed approach will directly influence key business outcomes including lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increasing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Youll play a critical role in shaping our growth trajectory by leveraging advanced targeting creative experimentation and performance analytics while collaborating closely with product sales and content teams to align messaging with market dynamics and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement full-funnel paid media strategies to drive lead generation product sales and brand awareness across key platforms.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution and scaling across Meta Google Ads LinkedIn and Bing ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- Manage monthly and quarterly budget forecasting and allocation to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Lead creative ideation and A/B testing initiatives across ad copy visuals landing pages and audience segments to improve CTR and CVR.
- Implement advanced bidding strategies audience segmentation (including lookalike and custom audiences) and keyword optimization for maximum performance.
- Analyze daily performance data to identify trends uncover growth opportunities and drive continuous optimization.
- Own attribution modeling and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the customer journey to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Build and maintain dynamic performance dashboards using Looker Studio Tableau or Google Analytics 4 to track CAC ROAS LTV and pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Sales and Content teams to ensure campaign messaging reflects product updates and market positioning.
- Present strategic insights performance reports and growth recommendations to leadership with clarity and impact.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 7 years of dedicated hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media with a proven track record of driving scalable results.
- Expert-level proficiency in managing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Google Ads (Search Display PMax YouTube) LinkedIn Ads and Bing Ads.
- Strong data fluency with in-depth experience using GA4 Google Tag Manager and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to lead A/B testing creative optimization and audience segmentation with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related technical field; MBA or digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google Ads Meta Blueprint) are highly preferred.
