Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized proactive and execution-driven Project Manager who can manage multiple creative and digital projects while coordinating between clients designers developers content teams and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of branding website UI/UX social mediapackaging and digital marketing projects.
Create project timelines task allocations and delivery schedules.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project briefs.
Conduct regular client meetings updates and follow-ups.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with designers developers content writers video editors and marketing teams.
Ensure smooth workflow and communication across departments.
Monitor team productivity and task completion.
Quality Control
Review deliverables before final submission.
Ensure brand consistency quality standards and client expectations are maintained.
Process Management
Maintain project trackers reports and documentation.
Improve internal systems and operational efficiency.
Manage revisions approvals and project dependencies effectively.
Reporting & Communication
Share project status updates with management.
Identify risks delays or bottlenecks proactively.
Ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients.
Requirements
Strong project management and coordination abilities
