We are seeking an experienced Group S&OP Lead to own and lead our endtoend Sales & Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning (S&OP / IBP) process across a large complex manufacturing organisation.
This is a senior role with significant influence partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain Operations Sales Commercial and Finance to deliver a single aligned plan supporting 1224 month horizons and a fastpaced monthly cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group endtoend monthly S&OP
- Facilitate cross-functional planning forums and executive decision-making
- Align demand supply inventory with commercial priorities drive scenario modelling and risk mitigation planning
- Prepare and present clear insights risks and recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive performance through key metrics including forecast accuracy DIFOT inventory health and capacity utilization
- Operate handson with data (manual manipulation where required) while supporting planning system uplift (including QAD to Kinetic transition)
About You
- 10 years experience in Supply chain or planning roles of which at least 3 in S&OP or IBP leading role
- Strong manufacturing background with prior experience in a similar S&OP / IBP leadership role
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong commercial and financial acumen linking volumes revenue margins and profitability
- Highly effective communicator with strong facilitation negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker who thrives in complex fastpaced environments
Qualifications
Degreequalified in Supply Chain Business Industrial Engineering Finance or a related discipline.
