About the Role 

The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization within ServiceNow is responsible for driving revenue growth adoption and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels.  

We are a high performingANZteamwithin the APACregionandlooking for a highly organised goal-oriented self-directed professional to be an active player in ourANZFieldMarketing team. You will interact directly with key business leadersin ANZand marketing teams across theAPACto drive and deliver campaign strategies across the customers lifecycle from awareness and education to acquisition progression applicationuseand value realisation. 

You will play a key role inanalysingour target accounts foropportunityandtargeting buying groups within the account to deliver business responsible fordriving the programand campaigndeliveryinfluencingand collaborating withAPAC Global teams to activate and deliver business growth. 

You willhave anunderstanding ofgo-to-market (GTM) sales strategiesleveragingand curating GTM motions on solutions industry partner marketing new customeracquisitionand customer success to achieve savvyfieldmarketingmanager which experience in Public Sector GTM program. a solidfoundation in the Australian and New Zealand marketswho can conceptualiseexecuteand manage insight-driven optimizations and executive-level reporting across a diverse and matrixed organization. 

Crucial to your success is having a good foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology Australian and NZ public sector knowledge. expertise using Claude and CoPilot and curiosity to innovate and explore new ways to use AI  excellentexperience in campaign deliveryacross channelsrelationship management skills team collaborationadaptabilityandexpertisein enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Curate and lead field marketing programs collaborating closely with allANZ Sales Partner and Business Development to gather insightsdeliver campaignsand align plans create content to accelerate business growth. 
  • Develop a data-informed strategy on audience segmentation and opportunity prioritisation of marketing channels and tactics to conceptualize programs that willdeliver impact across the account customer lifecycle 
  • Lead through influenceto ensure delivery and execution at scale ofcampaigns andprograms acrossANZFieldmarketing and business teams that result in measurablegrowth in business goals and revenue. Set best practices in narrativesengagementand high-performance campaigns. 
  • Leverage all direct and indirect channels  and the power of AI to land new business and drive up-sell cross-sell and adoption marketing campaigns across customer buying groups and activate the ecosystem for new business acquisition. 
  • Develop and test newcampaignscenarios to drive optimisations and efficiencies against investments. 
  • Bring deep domain knowledge of Australian and New Zealand government stakeholder dynamics including the nuances of federal state entities  
  • Prepare and input into forecasts pipelinereports and meetingsmonitoringkey business metricsqualityand audience insights 
  • Understand buying groups dynamics and use this intelligence in your programming to improve results 
  • Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program experience and results. 

 


Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience inleveragingor critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analysing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. 
  • 8 years of marketing experience in a B2B enterprise technology environment directly supporting sales teams in field marketingaccount basedmarketingorcampaign management. Proventrack recordof delivering business impact across the account understandingof the diverse business cultural and media landscapes acrossANZwith proven experience in adapting marketing strategies for localisation. 
  • Experience in managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketingcampaignsat scale. 
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns. 
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation to influence and align diverse senior stakeholders across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. 
  • Be digitally savvy with a demonstrated understanding of the role of digital across integrated campaigns.
