ADNIC SME Portal Business Analyst with Insurance Domain

Proven experience on conducting requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.

Able to Elicit document and validate functional and non-functional requirements in the form of User Story document for the P&C Insurance PAS system such as INSIS etc and Broker Portal Application.

Good understanding on documenting requirements for External Portals (like Broker Portal) developed from Scratch.

Good Knowledge on P&C Insurance and Medical Insurance Domain from USA/UAE market

Good experience in creating workflow diagram and activity diagram

Key Responsibilities
Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
Elicit document and validate functional and non-functional requirements for the portal.
Develop detailed process flows user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with UX designers to ensure portal usability and customer-centric design.
Work with technical teams on API integrations data flows and system interactions.
Support SIT UAT and end-user training by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes.
Ensure traceability of requirements through design build and testing phases.
Act as the single point of contact for clarifying business rules during development.

Qualifications & Skills
8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or portal development programs.
Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping requirements engineering and Agile delivery.
Experience in insurance/financial services domain highly desirable.
Strong understanding of API-based integrations workflows and self-service capabilities.
Excellent documentation analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
CBAP CCBA or Agile BA certification preferred.
