Role Purpose
Responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
The role contributes to business-critical platforms while upholding QBE engineering standards and values acting as a senior technical contributor and mentor.
Key Responsibilities
Develop full-stack applications using HTML CSS and Core
Design and build secure RESTful APIs and backend services
Apply clean architecture and engineering best practices
Participate in code reviews and improve code quality
Follow SDLC Agile and CI/CD practices
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong and modern JavaScript experience
Strong Core / .NET backend experience
SQL and relational database expertise
Experience
35 years of professional full stack focused development experience
Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments

Qualifications :
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline
Masters degree or relevant technical certifications are a plus
Equivalent practical experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
