Job Description:

The Top Key Responsibilities:

Project Data Management

Support the Global POR Manager in maintaining projects across all RDPI portfolios
Keep all project data milestone tracking and mandatory fields updated for each project

Data Integrity and Quality Control

Maintain POR data integrity within the Client-built project management platforms
Identify data quality issues and address them with corresponding stakeholders

POR Updates and Change Management

Update POR based on stakeholder inputs and files
Understand and document each change with clear descriptions
Execute changes in the client-built program management platform
Escalate critical concerns to manager
Ensure follow-through on action items within agreed timelines

Status Reporting and Communication

Provide weekly status updates per program to POR Program Leads within the Product Strategy team and other POR leads
Follow up on required updates

Mandatory Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in project management program management or project coordinator roles

Dive deep: Strong attention to detail for data management and quality control.
Learn and Be Curious: Ability to quickly learn and navigate the client-built systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with project management tools is a plus

Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders across different teams

Work Style

High bias for action and ability to work independently
Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through

Education or Certification:

Any Graduate
